Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Worker for a 2nd shift role in MA, earning $17 per hour and operating on the production line in a cold-temperature environment. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required as you rotate across assembly, rolling, and packing croissants and sandwiches.

You will monitor product quality, adhere to GMP standards, and assist with maintenance of the line while supporting a safe, efficient workspace.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in various areas of production as needed.
• Ability to tolerate temperature variations, including cold and hot conditions.
• Must pass drug and background screenings.

Our client, an industry leader in food manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Wilmington & Haverhill, MA

Pay Rate: $17 an hour

Shift: 2nd shift - 8 hour shift between 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM
