Job Description

We currently have openings in various positions on our production lines at our Columbia, SC plant. You may be assigned to work in any area of the plant, including coating line, cut to length line, embosser, slitter, shipping, receiving, paint vault, and packaging. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting production schedules and paint sheets, maintaining a clean work area according to 6s standards, and performing specific tasks related to your assigned role.

Openings include

• Coater Operators: Apply coatings, measure and record viscosity, inspect equipment, adjust settings, analyze defects, record usage, operate ovens, and assist line operators.
• Entry Operators: Coordinate material allocations, load coils, perform quality checks, operate control stations, and communicate with other departments.
• Operations Support: Transport coils, inspect and package coils, read schedules, and identify defects.
• Shipping Clerk: Schedule and ship materials, load and unload trucks, and coordinate logistics.

Qualifications

High school level reading and writing skills, visual acuity, ability to read schedules and instructions, communicate effectively, operate small tools, and work up to 12 hours on rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
