Our client, Manufacturing is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the Production department supporting Operations teams.
Job Title: Production Worker
Location: Carol Stream, IL
Pay Range: $19.39
Shift: 4am-2:30pm (Mon-Thurs)
What's the Job?
Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment and/or perform physical loading/unloading of materials in a safe and productive manner in accordance with Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.
Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or operate material handling equipment as assigned.
Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting good safety practices.
Load and unload raw goods and/or finished products as needed.
Perform visual inspection of product to ensure quality, and complete housekeeping and general maintenance tasks within the work area.

Ability to follow work location rules, procedures, and supervisor directions.
Comfort working in a production environment while maintaining safe, consistent habits.
Attention to detail for visual product inspection and quality checks.
Willingness to support housekeeping and general maintenance in the assigned area.
Basic readiness to operate assigned equipment and handle materials safely as trained.
