Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Carol Stream, IL is seeking a Production Worker to support the Production department and Operations teams. You will operate machinery and assist with material handling on a first-shift schedule.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and adherence to standard work, with a pay rate of $19.39 per hour and a 4am–2:30pm Monday through Thursday shift. No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided, with eligibility for benefits after waiting period.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery and load/unload materials safely per standard work.

• Load and unload raw goods and finished products as needed.
• Perform visual inspections and maintain area housekeeping and maintenance.

Our client, Manufacturing is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the Production department supporting Operations teams.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Carol Stream, IL

Pay Range: $19.39

Shift: 4am-2:30pm (Mon-Thurs)

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment and/or perform physical loading/unloading of materials in a safe and productive manner in accordance with Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.


• Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or operate material handling equipment as assigned.


• Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting good safety practices.


• Load and unload raw goods and/or finished products as needed.


• Perform visual inspection of product to ensure quality, and complete housekeeping and general maintenance tasks within the work area.
