Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Brighton, MI is hiring a Production Worker. You will join a team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, handling processing, packaging, and inspection tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment in food manufacturing.
• Perform tasks including pan, glaze, enrobe, and packaging.
• Move product between stages and load/unload as needed.
• Perform visual quality checks to ensure product standards.
• Package products accurately, including bulk and special orders.
• Support line changeovers and transitions between runs.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform end-of-shift sanitation.
• Rotate between stations and follow safety procedures.

Production Worker

We are searching for detail orientated individuals that enjoy working with their hands to join the team in Brighton, MI as a Production Worker.

• 2nd Shift:3:00pm – 11:30pm or 1:30am / Monday – Friday + OT on Saturdays

The Production Worker will be working as part of a team to support food production operations by processing, packaging, and inspecting products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment used in food manufacturing processes
• Perform a variety of production tasks including panning, glazing, enrobing, and packaging
• Load, unload, and move product between production stages (e.g., ovens, glazing, cooling, packing)
• Conduct visual quality checks throughout the process to ensure product standards are met
• Accurately package products, including bulk items and specialized/custom orders
• Maintain consistent product flow by supporting line changeovers and transitions between runs
• Perform routine cleaning and end-of-shift sanitation
• Rotate between different workstations to support operations
• Follow all food safety, safety procedures, and PPE requirements at all times
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to production and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
• Attention to detail for quality control
