Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Brighton, MI is hiring a Production Worker. You will join a team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, handling processing, packaging, and inspection tasks.

The 2nd shift runs 3:00pm–11:30pm or 1:30am, Monday–Friday with overtime on Saturdays, starting at $20.00 per hour. Comprehensive benefits are provided, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan, disability coverage, life insurance, tenure bonus, and annual

Qualifications

• Experience in production/manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment in food manufacturing.
• Perform tasks including pan, glaze, enrobe, and packaging.
• Move product between stages and load/unload as needed.
• Perform visual quality checks to ensure product standards.
• Package products accurately, including bulk and special orders.
• Support line changeovers and transitions between runs.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform end-of-shift sanitation.
• Rotate between stations and follow safety procedures.
