Job summary

Lippert Components in Goshen, IN is hiring a full-time production helper to assist in the flow of production. You will monitor material inventory, move raw materials, and help ensure correct parts for chassis completion.

Responsibilities include following safety rules, maintaining housekeeping, and supporting repair work as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with manufacturing experience a plus; typical hours are first shift, Mon–Thu 6am–4:30pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.
• Able to read basic blueprints and use hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Observe safety rules and policies.
• Maintenance of material inventory.
• Movement of raw material through installation area.
• Assurance of proper parts specifications for chassis completion.
• Assurance of sufficient part supply at all processing stations.
• Movement of completed parts from installation area to shipping area.
• Assistance in repair work as necessary.
• Maintenance of good housekeeping practices.
