Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a skilled welder in Navarre, OH to weld and assemble aluminum and steel parts for rugged off-road equipment. You will perform MIG and TIG welding, ensure cosmetic quality, and set up components per prints and work orders.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and meeting daily productivity targets with a full-time schedule and paid orientation. Weekly pay with direct deposit, potential for higher pay for skilled welders, and opportunities for advancement are highlighted,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to use a tape measure and calculate fractions.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG & TIG welding on products.
• Perform cosmetic welding on products.
• Meet daily productivity and output goals (hourly/daily).
• Set up components for welding according to specifications, work orders and/or prints.
• Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical/horizontal).
• Repair product and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps.
• Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws.
• Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.
• Cut aluminum to specifications.

Core Functions

• Set up components for welding according to specifications, work orders and/or prints.
• Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical/ horizontal).
• Repair product and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps.
• Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws.
• Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.
• Cut aluminum to specifications.
