Warehouse Associate - 1st & 2nd Shift

Job summary

RealTruck in Massillon is seeking production associates for rotating stations to build truck caps and related components. You will work with machines, drills, and hand tools, staying active as you move between stations on a fast-paced line.

We offer pay starting at $18.00 per hour with a $2 per shift differential for 2nd shift, set full-time hours, paid orientation and training, and weekly direct deposit. The Massillon plant is accessible via Sarta bus stop, with employee bonuses and town halls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move products throughout the warehouse, including sorting, scanning, repackaging, palletizing, labeling, and wrapping.
• Assemble component parts into kits; package and label kits.
• Pick and pack inventory for shipment per customer order; stage inventory for shipment.
• Unload trailers, receive product, verify against PO and packing slip.
• Perform inventory counts.
• Move material to production lines.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on the floor.

Core Function:

• Product for movement throughout the warehouse, including sorting, scanning, repackaging, palletizing, labeling, and wrapping,
• Assemble component parts into kits; packages and labels kits
• Pick and pack bulk and drop-ship inventory for shipment according to customer order, stage inventory for shipment and load trailers.
• Unload trailers, receive product, verify accuracy against PO and pack slip
• Completes inventory counts
• Responsible for bringing material to the production line

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
