We are growing and looking for Production Welders to join our team.

DBG Arkansas, LLC is a full-service organization that is committed to providing our customers with exceptional quality, on-time delivery, and cost-saving opportunities. Our operations in Conway, Arkansas include metal stamping, forming, painting, and assembly. The facility utilizes stamping presses, brake presses, roll forms, lasers, shears, and a multi-stage paint process.

A concept to finished products company providing parts and sub-assemblies to our customers. Approximately 100,000 square feet of floor space and 50 acres are utilized for fabrication operations. An additional 350,000 square feet is available for future business growth.

General Qualifications:

• Previous experience in MIG welding in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with various metal gauges and weld requirements of the material.
• Experience in various sheet metal manufacturing processes and general mechanical knowledge.
• Welding certification is preferred.

Skill Requirements:

• Must possess the ability to operate provided welding equipment.
• Ability to safely operate various powered industrial lifting equipment and tools.

Position Summary and Objectives:

• Work in a safe manner through the adherence of company safety policies to layout and weld fabricated components for final assembly.
• Moderate physical effort may be required consisting of: lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of heavy material.
• Lift up to 40 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
• Ability to withstand a minimum of 8 hours on a concrete surface.

Pay: Up to $25.21.00 depending on skill and experience.
