Qualifications

  • Crystal Cutting: Utilize crystal cutters to accurately shape and fit watch crystals, ensuring precise alignment and finish.
  • Detail Polishing: Use a flex shaft for detail polishing, achieving a high-quality finish on intricate components.
  • Polishing Motor: Operate large polishing motors for comprehensive watch case and bracelet polishing.
  • Quartz Watch Repairs: Change circuits and coils in quartz watches, ensuring proper functionality and performance.
  • Date Wheel Replacement: Replace date wheels with precision, ensuring correct alignment and operation.
  • Dial Repairs: Reset loose dial markers, date boxes, or logos, ensuring aesthetic integrity and functionality.
  • Stem, Crown, and Case Tube Replacement: Replace stems, crowns, and case tubes, performing pressure tests to verify water resistance.
  • Movement Regulation: Use a timing machine to regulate automatic and mechanical movements, ensuring accurate timekeeping.
  • Retro Fit Execution: Identify and install the correct movement for retrofitting, ensuring compatibility and functionality.
  • Perpetual Calendar Replacement: Replace perpetual calendar movements with expertise, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
  • Pinion Replacement: Change cannon and hour pinions, ensuring proper engagement and function.
  • Ceramic and Tungsten Repairs: Repair ceramic or tungsten watches with minimal damage, maintaining structural and aesthetic integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Perform crystal cutting and fitting to exact specs.
  • Polish intricate components using a flex shaft to high finish.
  • Operate large polishing motors for case and bracelet surfaces.
  • Conduct quartz watch repairs and verify functionality.
  • Replace date wheels with precision and accuracy.
  • Reset dial markers, date boxes or logos for visual integrity.
  • Replace stems, crowns and case tubes; perform water-resistance tests.
  • Use a timing machine to regulate automatic and mechanical movements.
