Key tasks include crystal cutting, polishing, quartz repairs, date wheel and dial work, stem/crown/case tube replacement, and movement regulation to ensure accurate timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Crystal Cutting: shape and fit watch crystals with precision.
• Detail Polishing: use a flex shaft for high-quality finishes.
• Polishing Motor: operate large polishing motors for cases/bracelets.
• Quartz Watch Repairs: change circuits and coils.
• Date Wheel Replacement: ensure correct alignment.
• Dial Repairs: reset markers or logos.
• Stem, Crown, and Case Tube Replacement: perform pressure tests.
