Job summary

Form Energy is seeking a Supervisor of Production Warehousing in Weirton, WV to lead a growing team and shape material flow across the plant and satellite sites. You will work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to optimize processes and ensure on-time material supply for high-volume battery production.

The role requires 5+ years in warehousing leadership, WMS/ERP proficiency, and aLean mindset.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in fast-paced distribution or warehousing operations.
Proven track record as a people leader who can build, coach, and retain high-performing teams.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience.
Ability to work the 2nd shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with training on the 1st shift (7:00 AM–7:30 PM).
Strong working knowledge of WMS and ERP software.
Familiarity with Lean (5S, Kanban) and data-driven problem solving.
Excellent verbal and written communication across teams.

Responsibilities

Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of production warehousing associates in Weirton, WV.
Improve inbound receipt flow and putaway to maximize space and accuracy.
Manage lineside delivery processes to prevent downtime due to shortages.
Oversee product transfers to and from main plant and satellite locations.
Collaborate with process engineering to develop SOPs and train the team.
Track KPIs and report monthly to leadership on productivity.
Ensure strict safety and quality control for a zero-incident environment.
