Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations support preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull and process production orders accurately and on time.
• Review work orders for completeness and coordination with internal teams as needed.
• Track order status and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate the movement of orders to the production line.
• Communicate with internal departments including sales, engineering, and warehouse.
• Respond to emails and internal inquiries related to production status.
• Assist in resolving order or production issues quickly and effectively.
• Perform inventory counts, including outdoor inventory as required.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the Production Manager.
• Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure material availability.
• Assist with inventory tracking and updates in internal systems.
• Support general warehouse operations as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Enter and update data in ERP or internal systems.
• Support scheduling and coordination of production activities.
• Assist the Production Manager with daily operational needs.
• Help prioritize tasks and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Contribute to process improvements and organization.
