Job summary

Plastipak is hiring a Manufacturing Associate at our Jackson Center, OH facility. You will work steady 12‑hour shifts with every other weekend off, and you’ll receive double-time pay on Sundays. You’ll benefit from thorough, structured training and mentorship through Plastipak Academy programs.

You will operate extrusion and blow-molding machines, adjust settings, troubleshoot, and help maintain product quality. A strong hands-on mechanical mindset and safety focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience operating manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• A knack for working with your hands and solving mechanical problems.
• Experience with extrusion or blow molding equipment is a plus, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics or electromechanical systems helps too.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Earn

• Depending on your experience, earn up to $25 to start

This includes base pay + night shift premium + double pay on Sundays
