Job summary

ManpowerGroup, the parent company of Manpower, Experis, Talent Solutions, and Jefferson Wells, seeks a production warehouse associate for its Fort Madison, IA operation. The role supports daily manufacturing and packaging lines with a strong safety mindset and meticulous attention to detail.

You will rotate between line positions, handle ingredients and packaging materials, restack pallets, and ensure GMP and quality standards are met while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to safety and GMP-like standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions consistently and learn new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support production by performing prep work for operations and rotating between line positions.
• Handle ingredients and packaging materials, open/dump bags, fill nesting trays and cartons, and assemble cases.
• Manually place product on the line, pack cartons, and push cases to the case sealer.
• Restack pallets, lift/move materials up to 50 lbs, and keep the area clean per safety rules.
