Job description

• Provide timely response to production based upon workflow and attendance needs.
• Meet production schedules, delivery dates and quality expectations.
• Ensure that the product / process will meet or exceed the requirements of our internal and external customers.
• Use various hand tools and industrial machines as required.
• Comply with security and housekeeping efforts and with the required use of PPE such as gloves, masks, glasses, etc.
• Communicate in an efficient and effective manner with co-workers and supervision to ensure jobs are done correctly.
• Move freight, stock, or other materials to and warehouse or production areas.
• Stack material in locations as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements
• Ability to read / write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day
