Qualifications

• Reads and interprets safety rules, operational instructions, procedure manuals, and SDS sheets.
• Performs basic math including rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Maintains safety and quality by following procedures and good judgment.
• Works well in a team to meet customer expectations and company goals.

Responsibilities

• Cleans all equipment upstream/downstream per work instructions.
• Keeps work areas free of debris to prevent residue buildup.
• Reads sales orders to determine production requirements.
• Ensures raw materials are available for operators, including drying requirements.
• Operates the Zamboni floor cleaning machine for washing and buffing.
• Takes action to prevent unsafe conditions and injuries.
• Acts as a team player to support colleagues and meet customer expectations.
• Follows safety regulations and ISO requirements.
