Brief Description

Join our production team as a Production Utility Specialist, where no two days are exactly the same! In this hands‑on role, you’ll serve as a key support resource across multiple departments, stepping in where help is needed most to keep production running efficiently. From inventory and shipping to paint prep and parts pulling, you’ll gain experience across many areas of the operation while working alongside a collaborative and hardworking team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support production operations across multiple departments based on business needs.
  • Assist with inventory, parts pulling, shipping, logistics, paint masking/prep, and other production support functions.
  • Help maintain smooth interdepartmental production flow to keep operations running efficiently.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including weighing, packing, and staging a variety of products.
  • Assist with paint/prep activities and preparation of units for shipment.
  • Help unload incoming parts and organize product placement within inventory locations.
  • Support cycle counting activities and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies.
  • Pull parts from inventory to support Gearbox and Motor Assembly operations.
  • Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement efforts throughout the production floor.
  • Perform a variety of shop support and floater responsibilities as assigned.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience
  • 1–2 years of experience working in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Previous forklift experience is a plus.
