Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Associate – Utility III in Mason, OH to support the Rental Division. This role involves performing production tasks such as hanging or sorting garments, bagging or folding product, and maintaining a clean work area.

Work area and responsibilities may change daily as coverage is needed for vacations and absences. Production Associates must maintain cleanliness and meet or exceed quality and quantity standards, while adhering to safety and attendance

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US and 18+ years old.
• Commitment to attendance and safety policies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift/move materials as required by shift needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks such as hanging or sorting garments and bagging/folding product.
• Roll mats and maintain cleanliness of the work area; meet quality standards.
• Support the shift supervisor with daily tasks and workflow adjustments.
• Fill in for other employees during vacations/absences as needed.
