Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Utility IV to support the Rental Division. This role performs a variety of production tasks such as loading/unloading trucks, staging material and garments, and other duties as directed by the shift supervisor.

The position requires maintaining a clean work area and meeting productivity and quality standards, with potential to rotate to cover vacations and absences.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to adhere to attendance policy.
• Willing to work near others in a safe environment.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, schedule-driven setting.
• Able to lift and move materials and handle soiled items with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Assist loading or unloading of trucks.
• Prepare or stage material and garments for loading.
• Perform production tasks as directed by shift supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and meet quantity/quality standards.
• Support vacation coverage as needed.
