Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Associate – Utility III in Hammond, IN to support the Rental Division. You will perform production tasks such as hanging garments, sorting products, bagging, folding, rolling mats, and cleaning the work area while adapting to daily changes and coverage needs.

The role requires focus on quality, safety, attendance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting with occasional shift coverage responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the US prior to start date.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to meet attendance policies.
• Willingness to work in a safe proximity to others and in a fast-paced, duty-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of production tasks as directed by the shift supervisor.
• Hang or sort garments, bag or fold products, roll mats, and clean the work area.
• Fill in for other employees on vacation or absence; maintain quality and quantity standards.
