Job summary

Cintas is hiring a Production Associate – Utility III to support the Rental Division. You will perform a variety of production tasks such as hanging or sorting garments, bagging or folding products, rolling mats, and cleaning the work area to meet quality standards.

The role may require filling in for other staff during vacations or absences, with a strong emphasis on safety, attendance, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Requires standing for most of a shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor.
• Hang or sort garments, bagging or folding product, rolling mats, cleaning the work area, or performing other production tasks classified at a level three or below as needed to support the business.
• Work area/responsibilities may change daily and may fill in for other employee vacations and absences.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work.
