Job summary

Pratt Industries is hiring a Production Utility Operator in Vandalia, OH. You will work on the manufacturing floor to help produce bags and packing paper for major customers such as Home Depot, Amazon, and Hello Fresh.

This is a full-time role with pay starting at $18.00 per hour and a benefits package. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day, with some overtime; remote work is not available. A comprehensive benefits package begins within one month of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior packaging industry experience preferred.
• 6 months manufacturing operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support production on the manufacturing floor to make bags and packing paper for major customers.
• Follow safety and quality procedures on all shifts.
