Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking Production Utility Operators to support the manufacturing floor in Vandalia, OH. You will help produce bags and packing paper for major customers, including Home Depot and Amazon packaging needs.

Position starts at $18.00 per hour with full benefits within one month, a 401(k) plan with partial match, and paid holidays. Some overtime may be available, with a Monday–Friday 8-hour shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior work experience in the packaging industry (paper, plastics, converting) preferred.
• 6 months’ experience in manufacturing operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support production lines on the manufacturing floor.
• Assist with material handling and quality checks to ensure product standards.
• Follow safety rules and company procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
