Job summary

Pratt Industries in Vandalia, Ohio is seeking a Production Utility Operator for a full-time role on the manufacturing floor. You will help produce bags and packing paper for major customers and support processing lines and quality checks.

The position offers quick benefits and a starting pay of $18.00 per hour. Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a strong desire to learn, and willingness to work 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday with overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior work experience in the packaging industry; paper, plastics, converting.
• 6 months’ experience in some type of manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate on the manufacturing floor to help produce bags/packing paper for major customers.
• Support packaging lines and ensure smooth operation and quality checks.
• Assist with general duties on the production floor as needed.
