Pratt Industries is hiring Production Utility Operators in Vandalia, OH, to support the manufacturing floor and help produce bags and packing paper for major customers.

The role offers a starting pay of $18.00 per hour, full-time hours, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and a 401(k) plan. Some overtime may be available in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior work experience in packaging/manufacturing preferred (about 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist on the production floor to support bag/packing paper production.
• Perform basic setup, quality checks, and ensure safety on the line.
• Support continuous workflow during an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday.

Our Production Utility Operators work in all aspects of the manufacturing floor to help make bags/packing paper for some of the biggest customers out there! Think packing paper for moving with Home Depot, bags for Amazon deliveries, Hello Fresh meals, and more! (And yes, we make those!)
