Job summary

The Hershey Company in Lenexa, Kansas is seeking a Training Lead responsible for organizing and tracking training for hourly production employees. This role supports production teams by coordinating training plans, maintaining paperwork, and ensuring safety and GMP compliance.

You will lead training activities Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, work with supervisors to identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Ability to unify the production department with other areas.

Responsibilities

• Review and organize training plans.
• Collaborate with Supervisors to determine employees' areas of improvement.
• Direct and coordinate production training activities to maximize training efficiency.
• Maintain and track training paperwork for hourly employees.
• Identify training gaps and close them.
• Ensure training checklists are completed on time.
• Meet with each trainee to ensure training is being conducted.
• Follow GMPs and safety rules.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support employee retention initiatives.
