Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with safety rules and GMP practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track training for hourly production employees.
• Plan and organize training schedules with Supervisors to meet production goals.
• Maintain training records and paperwork for compliance and audits.
• Identify training gaps and develop corrective actions.
• Ensure training is conducted and checklists are completed on time.
