Job summary

Agropur is seeking a Production Training Manager in Le Sueur, MN to lead site-wide training initiatives focused on manufacturing excellence and culture of continuous improvement.

You will partner with Plant Leadership and Corporate teams to implement training programs aligned with Health & Safety, Quality, Compliance, and Operational Excellence, driving performance through action and learning modernization.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of learning and development/employee engagement experience.
• Manufacturing training experience required.
• Food Manufacturing training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local production training strategy operationalization and site-wide training programs.
• Collaborate with corporate teams to deliver training on Health & Safety, Quality, Operations, Compliance and Operational Excellence.
• Operationalize the Local Education & Training Pillar roadmap with Global Pillar leads.
• Coach and build a high-performing local training team.
• Deploy digital learning tools to improve accessibility and traceability.
