Job summary

Agropur in Le Sueur, MN is seeking a Production Training Manager to lead site-wide training initiatives tied to strategic priorities and the E&T roadmap. You will analyze training effectiveness, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement to build a skilled, agile manufacturing workforce.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least five years in learning and development within manufacturing, and experience with digital learning tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of learning and development experience.
• Manufacturing training experience required.
• Food manufacturing training experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead local production training strategy operationalization and site-wide programs.
• Collaborate across corporate teams to deliver Health & Safety, Quality, Operations, Compliance and Operational Excellence training.
• Operationalization of the Education & Training (E&T) Local roadmaps with the Global Pillar lead.
• Develop procedures and structured training programs aligned to global operations and plant goals.
• Collaborate with Plant Leadership and Human Capital to implement the local training strategy.
• Lead the local execution of site-wide training and develop the team.
• Deploy digital learning tools to enhance accessibility and traceability, exploring AI opportunities.
