The Production Training Manager will drive the on-site training initiatives targeted and prioritized from our strategic planning process, operational priorities and Education & Training (E&T) Pillar Global roadmap. This role will analyze operational training effectiveness and optimize training delivery processes. This role will inspire, motivate, and coach the team to achieve results while fostering agility to adapt to rapidly changing complex environments and aiming towards a continuous learning culture.
