Job summary

Associated Staffing Inc. is looking for Production Trainees in Kearney, NE. This entry-level role offers hands-on manufacturing experience across assembly, fabrication or grain bin production and places you where your skills fit best. Start on the 1st shift with potential for growth and skill development.

You’ll learn under supervision, operate basic tools and machinery, read blueprints, and follow safety procedures. Overtime may be required on Fridays and Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

Production Trainee

Pay: $18 $19/hour

Location: Kearney, NE

Shift: 1st Shift Monday Thursday, 6:00 AM 4:30 PM

Overtime: Fridays and Saturdays when required

Looking to build your skills and start a career in manufacturing? We re hiring Production Trainees in Kearney! This is an entry-level opportunity where you'll gain hands-on production experience while working alongside experienced team members. Depending on your skills and experience, you could be placed in Assembly, Fabrication or Grain Bin production, giving you the opportunity to find the area that best fits your abilities.

What You’ll Do

Where Could You Work?

Placement will depend on your experience and mechanical abilities:

• Assembly: A great fit for candidates with experience using basic hand and power tools.
• Fabrication: Previous CNC or machine operation experience is preferred. Equipment may include press brakes, lasers, punches and shears.
• Grain Bins: A good opportunity for mechanically inclined candidates comfortable working with production lines that incorporate multiple pieces of machinery.
