McKee Foods Corporation is seeking a Production Trainee to join our team at the Gentry, AR location. You will report to the Production Supervisor and contribute to high-speed packaging of snack cakes on a fast-moving line.

Responsibilities include packaging, carton placement, palletization, and assisting with meeting quality and productivity targets while maintaining a clean, safe work area. This is an on-site role with a 2nd shift schedule.

• Packaging unwrapped snack cakes into individual wrapping.

• Monitoring production processes to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Collaborating with team members to maintain smooth workflow and troubleshoot issues.
• Following production schedules and meeting production quotas.
• Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Job Summary

McKee Foods is seeking a Production Trainee to join our team at our Gentry, AR location. This position will report to the Production Supervisor.
