Job summary

McKee Foods Corporation is seeking a Production Trainee to join our Gentry, AR team. You will work on a high-speed production line, packaging unwrapped snack cakes and organizing cartons for shipment, under the guidance of the Production Supervisor.

You will monitor processes, troubleshoot with teammates, meet production quotas, and maintain a clean, safe work area on the 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 p.m.–6:30 a.m.) at Plant 3, on site.

Qualifications

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Package unwrapped snack cakes into individual wrappers.
Place wrapped cakes into cartons and fill cases for shipment.
Stack cases onto pallets following patterns for shipping.
Monitor production processes to meet quality and productivity targets.
Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow and troubleshoot issues.
Follow production schedules and maintain a clean, safe work area.
