Job summary

Toyota Mississippi is seeking a Production Team Member to join our manufacturing operations. You will work on presses, weld, paint, and assembly lines, performing physically demanding tasks and following safety procedures. Shifts include 5x8 days and 4x10 nights with overtime as needed.

Starting wage is $23.00 per hour plus a $0.80 rotation premium, with top end around $36.73. Benefits include bi-annual bonuses, PTO from day one, 16 paid holidays, comprehensive medical coverage, and on-site

Qualifications

• Able to stand/walk 10 hours per day.
• Perform repetitive motions with fine motor skills.

Production Team Member

• Shifts: 5x8 Days 6:30 am to 3:15 pm 4x10 Nights 6:30 pm to 5:15 am
• Overtime and Saturday shifts based on business need
• Starting Wage: $23.00 plus $0.80 rotation premium
• 4-Year Grow-In
• Top Out: $36.73

Positions Include:

You will be required to perform physically demanding manufacturing duties which include but are not limited to:

• Standing and walking 10 hours per day
• Performing repetitive work motions and fine hand manipulation/motor skills
• Moderate lifting up to 20 pounds unassisted
• Safely using air/power/vibrating tools and machinery
• Working with small vehicle components
