Shifts

5×8 days: 6:30 am‑3:15 pm
4×10 nights: 6:30 pm‑5:15 am
Overtime and Saturday shifts based on business need

Compensation & Benefits

Starting wage: $23.00 plus $0.80 rotation premium
4‑year grow‑in top‑out: $36.73
Benefits include bi‑annual company bonus, PTO on the first day, 16 paid holidays (or equivalent hours), medical, dental, vision, Rx, life, and AD&D insurance, IRA option, on‑site clinic, Walmart, gym, and credit union.
