Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in production or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and safety regulations.
• Ability to follow manufacturing travelers, work instructions and specs.
• Basic computer skills to input, log and monitor data.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to handle delicate components.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work under a microscope.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of managing tasks while supporting team objectives.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various manual production test equipment per specs.
• Record production logs including material usage and quality data.
• Monitor processes to ensure organized, clean and safe areas.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and delays.
• Perform quality inspections at production stages.
• Ensure activities meet safety, regulatory and company standards.
• Assist in process improvements to boost productivity with supervisors.
• Conduct regular checks and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
