Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a Production Test Operator to join our client’s manufacturing team onsite in Lowell, MA. You will operate manual and automated assembly and test equipment, and perform quality checks to ensure production goals are met efficiently and safely.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year in production/manufacturing, and the ability to work under a microscope. This is a 3-month temporary assignment with potential extension.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year or more experience in production or manufacturing environment
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment using a microscope

Responsibilities

• Operate manual and automated assembly and test equipment to meet production goals
• Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet standards
• Set up and operate production equipment per product specifications
• Maintain production logs: material usage, output, downtime, and quality records
• Monitor processes for safe, organized, and efficient operation
• Assist in process improvements and collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflows
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
