Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Production Test Technician (Level 2 or 3) in Ridgecrest, CA. You will set up, execute, and document electro-mechanical tests per detailed procedures to support ARRGM program.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 2–4+ years of related experience, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. Expect adherence to safety protocols and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2+ years in relevant industry for Level 2
• High school diploma or GED; 4+ years in relevant industry for Level 3
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data recording
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs; willingness to work overtime as required
• Ability to obtain Active DoD Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Set up and perform testing of electro-mechanical devices following written instructions
• Record and analyze test data to ensure compliance with customer specifications
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area following ESD and FOD procedures
• Collaborate respectfully and effectively within a close-knit team
• Operate independently with minimal supervision
• Occasionally lift heavy equipment (up to 30 lbs) and work overtime when required
