Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a test technician to set up, calibrate, test and troubleshoot dewars, components, and assemblies. You will interpret blueprints and specifications, document findings, prepare reports, and assist with special test equipment selection.
This role operates on a third shift (Sat-Wed, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM). Initial training may occur on first shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) before transition.

Job Summary: Performs the setup, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of dewars, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies. Interprets blueprints, drawings, and schematics to execute or develop test specifications, methods, and procedures. Conducts testing and diagnostic evaluations on assemblies and finished systems to identify and resolve issues. Performs rework and repairs as needed based on test results. Documents findings, prepares technical reports, and recommends corrective actions to resolve technical problems. May also assist with the selection, configuration, and operation of specialized test equipment. This is a third shift position Saturday's through Wednesday's from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. For the first months, new hires may need to train during the 1st shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM before moving to the 3rd shift.
Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.
Salary Range: $50,600.00-$67,500.000 The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
