The Production Test Technician is responsible for performing fluid testing on the Spectrum Pump to ensure product integrity. Responsibilities include performing Flow Rate Accuracy, Flow Rate Error, ITP 35700, recording results of the fluid testing without error, programming the pump, maintaining equipment, and communicating concerns immediately to Repair Cell Leader. Requirements include HS Diploma or GED, excellent attendance and reliability, ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English, knowledge and working application of standard operating procedures, ability to transfer data without error, ability to work on feet for extended hours, legible handwriting skills, and good time management skills. Physical demands include ability to stand for most of the workday, good hand to eye coordination and dexterity, and dynamic lifting capability up to 15 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 5 pounds. The work environment is a manufacturing environment regulated by the FDA with specific work rules such as wearing a static protective smock, ground wrist strap, working in close proximity to others, and temperature and humidity controlled conditions.
