Pro Staff in Waltham, MA is hiring a Production Test Technician to support a hands-on manufacturing team. You will work with electronic and mechanical components, follow standard work instructions, and help ensure product quality.

This role requires a high school diploma, 0–2 years of related experience, basic computer skills, and good manual dexterity. The position offers a pay rate of $24 per hour and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of manufacturing, assembly, production, or testing experience.
• Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and strong manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Perform electro-mechanical assembly on analyzer equipment.
• Calibrate and test electronic devices according to customer specifications.
• Use hand tools, test equipment, and computer systems to complete production tasks.
• Follow standardized work instructions and quality procedures.
• Complete work orders accurately and on schedule.
• Record labor transactions and production data in the MRP system.
• Identify and report quality or safety concerns.
• Support continuous improvement and organized work area initiatives.
• Cross-train and assist in multiple production areas as needed.
• Work overtime when required.
