Qualifications

• Performs variety of electronic and electromechanical tests on electronic systems, subassemblies, and parts to ensure unit functions according to specifications or to determine cause of unit failure.
• Reads test schedule, work orders, test manuals, performance specifications, wiring diagrams, and schematics to determine testing procedure and equipment to be used.
• Operates custom thermal dynamic test equipment and computer-based test systems.
• Champions positive attitude and leads the team in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assists in test scheduling and planning as requested.

Duties & Responsibilities

Working Hours 1:00pm-9:00pm. Production Test Operators are responsible for loading products onto precision test fixtures, loading fixtures into exact orientations in test chambers, securing electrical connections from products to electronic acquisition systems and controlling test execution through custom computer applications. They are also a proponent for positive change and continuous improvement within the company.
