Job summary

Wilo USA LLC in Cedarburg, WI, is seeking a hand-on Pump Test Technician for the day shift. You will conduct day-to-day pump setup and testing, working with production and independently to ensure accurate data and quality results.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pumps model for testing.
• Assemble and/or assist building pipe test loops (heavy lifting with lifting devices).
• Operate overhead bridge crane to move pumps into place.
• Configure test instrumentation for each test (training provided).
• Execute actual tests.
• Prepare and distribute raw data for engineering analysis.
• Create and maintain documentation for each test.
• Perform equipment maintenance and general shop duties.

Job Summary

• Create and maintain documentation for each test
• Equipment maintenance
• General shop duties (cleaning, filing, maintaining production records, etc)

1st shift 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience working in a test lab (any kind)
• Experience assembling mechanical components
• Experience with MS Excel
• Some lifting up to 50 lbs.
