Wilo USA LLC in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, is hiring a Pump Assembler to wire and assemble electro-mechanical pumps per drawings. The role reports to the lead and requires reading schematics, following BOMs, and working to quality standards in a new Cedarburg facility.

The position is 1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm, Mon-Fri) with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and more. Overtime is optional and the facility offers a modern, climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous assembly experience preferred.
• Experience with power hand tools preferred.
• Steady work history and reliability.
• Ability to read and follow drawings and bill of materials.

Responsabilités

• Read and follow schematics, diagrams, blueprints, specs, work orders, and BOM to determine materials requirements and assemble pumps.
• Assemble and wire pumps according to drawings and work orders.
• Operate pneumatic hand tools, overhead crane, and hand carts safely.
• Read/follow a bill of materials.
• Stand for 8 hours a day; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Detail-oriented; able to connect motor for testing (230/460 V).

Job Summary

The Pump Assembler will work independently, under the direction of the lead, to wire and assemble the pumps according to the drawings.

Primary Job Duties:

• Read and follow schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and bill of materials to determine materials requirements and to build, assemble and wire the pumps
• Work in a safe manner while maintaining 6s.
• Use pneumatic hand tools, overhead crane, hand carts
• Read/follow a bill of materials
• Stand 8 hours a day
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Detailed oriented
• Able to electrically connect motor for testing (230/460 V)

1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm Monday- Friday
