Motorola Solutions is seeking a Test Systems Engineer to design, develop, and implement test hardware and software for production testing of new products. You will work to improve yields, reduce test time, and optimize test processes across global manufacturing sites, using RF knowledge and NI tools.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CS or EE, experience with test systems, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Relocation and sponsorship are not offered for this position.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS or EE with internship/industry experience preferred.
• Experience with test systems hardware/software and RF is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Python, C, and C++ is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and implement test hardware and software for production testing of new products.
• Improve test yields, reduce test time, and optimize test/process flows using new technologies.
• Analyze equipment designs against market and cost constraints.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to influence decisions.
