Aufgaben

• Design, develop and implement test hardware and software for production testing of new products.
• Evaluate deadlines, goals and develop project schedules.
• Design, develop and implement solutions to improve test yields, reduce overall test time, provide for test capacity increases, minimize downtime, and optimize test/process flows.
• Analyze and critique equipment designs/processes relative to market requirements, manufacturability, costs and technical requirements.
• Identify technical and quality problems, determine alternatives and evaluate them to arrive at the most acceptable approach including conformity to specifications, reliability, cost effectiveness, testability and reparability.
• Develop and establish technical/process specification standards and ensure procedures are followed.
• Prepare and present technical reports to influence decision making.
• Provide technical information and participate as a speaker in technical programs.
