Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Program Support professional to own end-to-end production KPI tracking, develop actionable reports, and drive efficiency improvements across manufacturing processes. You will work with ERP, MES and PLM systems, collaborating with Production Technology and Corporate Technology to translate problems into business-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data systems, business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment focusing on system issues, program support, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical aptitude and ability to reason with numbers and data models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present data clearly to diverse audiences.
• Self-starter, highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production KPI tracking to enhance transparency and drive actionable reports.
• Support improving efficiencies across end-to-end manufacturing processes to scale and increase resiliency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead projects from inception to execution.
• Analyze system performance and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
• Serve as liaison between Production Technology and Corporate Technology groups to align business and technical needs.
• Provide structure to ambiguity and help stakeholders reach informed decisions.
