Job summary

Wells is seeking a Production Laborer to support daily manufacturing operations such as stripping, setting up, and pouring beds safely and efficiently. You will work with Quality Control and supervision to ensure products meet quality standards while maintaining a clean, organized environment.

The role involves contributing to Lean initiatives and supporting multiple production areas including Yard and Patching.

Qualifications

• Diploma or GED required, basic math and measurement skills helpful.
• Ability to read a tape measure and understand simple measurements.
• Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork and safety.

Responsibilities

• Strip, set up, and pour beds in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with Quality Control to ensure product quality.
• Follow directions from Team Leader and Supervisor.
• Be flexible to work in Production, Yard, Patching, and other departments.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain professional attitude and strong attendance.
